Holly didn’t start in the staging world, she and her husband Josh were both educators turned real estate investors. Through hands-on experience renovating and renting properties across Colorado and Michigan, they developed an eye for what adds value and what sells.

A chance encounter with a home stager during their own sale sparked a new path. When the opportunity to acquire a small staging company in Florida appeared, Holly jumped in with passion, grit, and a vision for what staging could become.
